Installing Print drivers on many pc's

    [Misc] Installing Print drivers on many pc's

    Is there a way where i can copy the settings of the print driver from one pc and then use them on other pc's so they are all set up the same?

    There is no server, all pc's are printing direct to Sharp MX2651.

    Customer has set up driver with various shortcuts and saved them on one pc, but I cannot see a way of exporting these settings to another pc?

    Anyone done this?

      I think you can also set the printing preferences directly on Sharp from the web, set with login

          The only way to do this is to go into reg edit and copy the sharp key from the machine that is set up and save it to a usb, then take it to the new pc and click on the exported reg file and this should work. This is the only way to clone the print settings from one pc to another.

          eg Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Sharp\SHARP MX-3061 PCL6\PrinterUI
          Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
