Sharp not able to print Windows 11 but windows 10 works

We have an interesting issue with a Sharp BP-70C36 not being able to print on windows 11. It was working fine 3 days ago and stopped working. Windows 10 is working and one of the windows 11 computers started working recently for some unknown reason.
We thought it would have to do with the windows 11 update that had recently installed but we rolled it back and it still does not print. Update photo attached.
Basically same thing happening in reddit thread below but I tried the solution the guy posted and did not work unfortunately.

you can reach the copier webpage from the computer and the driver detects it fine and install with the correct configuration of the machine so it is able to see it on the network. After you send something to print it just gives you an error.
    Any ideas are appreciated!

Screenshot the driver setup, please. Port, driver version, anything you can get. I'm betting it's WSD/IPP, and that's not good.

I will be on site today and will do that, but it was installed using the newest Sharp driver and the port is the IP of the machine which is working fine on the other computers

I have had the driver installer package set it up with Hostname instead of IP, and if whatever pushes DNS on their network is failing, Hostname printing will break.

Ha, when I found your post describing the exact same issue I went to the customer with a lot of confidence but failed =(
I am still thinking it will be something in that direction though
