    Fuser units for MX-3051 series

I have had orders for the MX-601FB and MX-601LH for over a month and still says "ON ALLOCATION". Are there others having the same issue? Hard to keep customers happy. Does anyone know what the problem is? I would sure like to know. Thanks Ron

All the orders for these I have made this year shipped next day but I have ordered any since August 4th. I supposes I need to get some on order so I can get in the backorder line.

I waited 3 months for a fuser for one of these machines. Rebuild parts haven't seemed to be an issue though, until just recently. I'm currently on week 3 of waiting for a couple of the parts

We interchange Phoenix 1 and 2 supplies with absolutely no issue. We still keep the higher speeds separate, though.

          Hope this helps

We have indeed experienced delivery problems for a long time, especially with the 601LH. In addition, we also have many problems with the 601LH, which always gets wrapped around paper after a while. We therefore switched from the 601 (and 601FB) to the 607 (and 600FB) for the MX-409FU.

I still have some that fail with the 607 fuser belts and lower rollers. Should I also set the paper to 24+ - 28 in the paper tray settings? That will raise the heat up right? Thanks

                doesnt help either
we did that at the beginning. we are only using 601lh and 601fb now to limit stock quantities. also the bulletin about adjusting the temp (TT-070918_1) might help? but i've never really seen it do anything.

For the purpose to reduce the jam due to the paper winding around the fuser, Fusing cleaning mode auto execution frequency settings has been added to Soft SW.
