    Sharp MXB427pw emergency firmware update

    Hello,

    Does anybody know how to perform an emergency firmware update on a Sharp MXB427W?
    We have one that gives a kernel error. We cannot connect to the webpage or go to the menu on the printer to update it.

    Thnx in advance.

      * Unplug the power cord.
      * Open Tray 1.
      * Connect the power cord again.
      * When the display shows the 'dotted circle icon', close Tray 1.
      * From the menu that appears on the display, press the arrow buttons to navigate the menu, and then select ENGINE_FLASH.
      * Install latest Firmware.
