[Electrical] Sharp MX5070n turns off(reboots) printing.

I have a intermittent problem where copier will turn off(reboots) during print jobs, I have yet to see it happen on site, problem started in February, customer stated it locks up prior to turning off. Things I've replaced, hard drive, updated firmware, checked document feeder board for staples/paper clips. I'm thinking corrupt print job maybe? Any suggestions? Thanks

Would be worth thinking along printing/ network lines.

Is the computer upto date? Is PoE possibly a cause?

Think I read on here recently about PoE causing issues on a MX2614

Went back today and noticed it locking up/rebooting just sitting there, ordered a mSata for it, will update findings.

Had the same problem changed out sata card, hdd and rom chip still did not stop looping boot problem.Could not get passed Loop to do CN Update Mode either. Turned out to be SCN portion of SCN/MFP PWB, Replaced with Refurbished SCN/mfp PWB from HYTEC.
Use caution when removing and installing ribbon/ flat cable to CCD and Op Panel.
Faulty wall outlet may have caused the problem in the first place.

Check if it prints BK images without shutting down, then print color. If it reboots, replace DC Power PWB.

Had this problem on a 6070, some time ago. It was happening when one particular user printed. Had them swap his port on the switch to another, for testing. Was never called out again.

MSata has seemed to resolve issue, thanks for the replies.
