BP-FN11 code F1-22

Hey guys, I have unboxed a couple of new machines with inner finishers and shortly after installation they have gotten F1-22. One I sent back under warranty. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem or is it just my luck. Thanks and I appreciate your response Ron

I have. 5 FN11's installed and 3 had F1-22 shortly after install. It's maddening. Then I ask Steve...hey have you heard anything on the FN11's? NOPE...wtf

I have installed new ASM-ASSIST units in the ones that coded out. So far they are working. Asked my RSS from Sharp about it and he just stated it could be grease on the sensor or the unit itself. Good luck

I had a couple of BP finishers that came with the cables not properly inserted from the factory. they were coding out a lot.

Terrible finisher. We have issues with them all the time.

And Sharp says they haven't heard about this problem when they are asked. I agree with you lousy finishers.

Another thing Ollik1969, where did you find that if I may ask. It doesn't pop up in Bulletin search even though Service Information is listed there. If you are someone on here could pass that along it would help. Thanks Ron
