    MX3050v Developer pulling (and problems)

Fairly new technician here and first time posting on the forums, sorry for any etiquettes or details I lack.

This issue I am encountering is a myriad of problems that started simple.
To begin, it all started with the MX3050v dumping black developer on two occasions after I already replaced the processing unit and developer housing. So I took the machine back to my office and conducted couple of troubleshoots such as:
    -Replaced drum/processing unit
    -Replaced Dev housing unit
    -Cleaned discharge lamp
    -General cleaning
    -Replaced HV board
and finally I replaced the LSU unit, but then things get worse from here...

Magenta and cyan began pulling developer as it is now showing the barber pole symptom on prints. (When drums were checked, no sign of powder coating on the surface, could be coincidental from the initial issue.)

Other issues that came to be are:
-Lettering on prints are thicker than usual
    -Density gradient is off
    -Ghosting image only in 64-5
    -Even after calibration issue still resides (44-27,44-26,44-6,44-2, 50-22, 61-11 & 46-74)
-Swapped the LSU back to its original but no avail.

Will gladly take any advice or guidance, Thank you.

I would suggest the MC PWB and clean the springs.

Have you checked that the cleaning lamps are actually working?
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

It's just how these machines are, wayyyy too many things that cause it. Here's a thread I started:

I have over 400 machines and I've never encountered this problem once on the CR4 CR4.5 series, but I'm in EU and we have different PWB cards.

Same. We have 200+ of the CR4 - 4.5. We dealt with DV pulls early on but I can't honestly remember that last time it happened.

Sharp never fully discloses all the changes that firmware updates address and I'm not saying any firmware update has ever had any changes that tried to help this issue. What I do know is that I have NEVER bought an off lease machine that was current. This goes for Lexmark or Sharp. Some are still at original production firmware levels. I think a lot of techs bang their heads against the wall and some of it could have to do with not updating machines. Not just firmware but also new style parts that address issues and bulletins too. I have been asked by our rep about issues that is of concern and most of the time we have never seen them. He knows that we do not use any 3rd party products and everything is on a power filter. Power issues are addressed.

With 200+ of these in the field I have never kept more than 2 sets of color DV in stock. They just sit there forever.

              Hello

The same for me. More than 200 devices from the CR4/CR4.5 series are available to customers and not one has changed the developer. The last developer I changed was on an MX-3640N more than 5 years ago.
And I have devices with more than 800k on the meter...

I've had to replace the Primary transfer unit when having multiple dv pull issues on these machines. Also make sure the transfer charge connection springs and plate on the rear side of the primary transfer unit are clean and make sure the PTC is clean and connected properly by pulling out the PTC unit and cleaning the connector springs along with making sure the discharge lamps are clean.
