What does TK1 refer too. I have got the simulation codes for this machine but have no idea what this refers too. The machine has been taken in by one of our existing customers as part of a payment and they would like us to look after it but until we get up to speed i need to get rid of this code. A list of fault / maintenance messsages would be well useful.

TK1 = The primary transfer unit print counter reaches
100,000 sheets.
After you change the belt you can enter 24-4 and clear the 3 counters TC1 Day, TC1 Belt Range, TC1 Belt Day.
Primary Transfer = 100k pages
Secondary Transfer = 300k pages
Black drum & DV = 100k pages
Color drums & DV = 60k pages
Fuser = 200k pages
This model uses the same drums and developer and the 45 ppm machine and ive found you can usually double the life out of most of the supplies if the customer does a fair bit of volume.Evil will always triumph because good is dumb. -
I can't believe how well this works. Thank you for your prompt response. I hope i can return the favour at some point.Comment

Re: Sharp MX2300N maintenance TK1
I have changed the primary transfer belt and now I am trying to erase the code bc it still says TK1....Can you please give me step by step instructions as I see that you mention to enter 24-4, but I don't know where to enter this code and I don't have a - on the copier. Thank you for helping.
