[CQ] CQ issue in hercules machines

while doing back to back copy thro DSPF first side copy is very clear.
second side only rear end is giving black back ground.front side is clear.
How to adjust only CIS unit.

As with most Sharp's, make sure the optics are clean, then run the shading correction in 63-02. You can select just the DSPF.

There have been quite a few changes done to the DSPF in relation to dust resistance improvements. Production after Feb 2010 has this already implemented. Otherwise, see attached images and use them if the machine is affected by dust. Its a big job, but worthwhile.

Send me your email.... I have some documentation on the Herc's you might find very useful if you will be servicing them in the future.
