[Misc] Blank page after every print job - MX-M450

I have a customer using a template with citrix platform but any print job sent to the MXM450N comes with a blank sheet at the end. That is if the document is two pages it comes with the third sheet being blank.

Is there any way to suppress this blank page on MXM450N too just like MX colour MFDs?

First thing is to change 26-52 (blank paper count mode) to stop the machine counting the blank page as an extra click................. unless you want it to of course.

Are you sure the problem is on the machine, and not the document templates? Connect your laptop and print pages from there to see if the same blank pages occur (which I doubt they would).
Maybe this is something to do with the paper size setup within the document templates, as the early version MX color machines would pass a blank page if the tray size vs the document size was very wrong (remember the size_ilg code).
There is nothing in the driver config that I can see that would stop this happening. Would love to know the fix in the end.

We are aware that the problem is the document but the previous copier was setup to suppress the blank pages hence they expect Sharp copier to do the same.

After further consultation with our Technical department, they came out that PJL command can be programmed on the customer PC to stop the blank pages. I have not tried it out yet, if I do and its successful I will email you the attachment and the procedure sent to me.
