    [Error Code] E6-14, E7-14 on a MX-753

Hey guys. I have a brand new MX-M753N. Throwing codes E7-14, and E6-14 at the same time upon power up. Clear it and it comes right back. Have tried a SCU-PWB, with no luck.

Anyone else have any experiance with this issue? Next up is the DSPF PWB, but thought I'd ask before ordering!

    Thanks in advance.

    EDIT:

Both the DSPF, and copy lamps light up via sim 5-3 with no issues. All connectors and such have been checked.

Could be a bad CCD. Go into SIM 7-1 and execute CCD GAIN FREE or SHADING DISABLE. When the machine reboots, it should keep the error from coming back. See if you can run internal prints from SIM 64-5.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

We had one brand new out of the box that had the wrong ccd installed in it and had a bad cis in the DSPF. We were told it had ARIES stuff installed.

Have you done a white reference shading adjustment sim 63-2? ROM version should be ICU (MAIN): 04.02.d3.

        Good luck.

Tried disabling the CCD and shading via the aging, but still comes up with error.

Tried the DSPF-PWB no luck. Our sharp rep still isn't sure what the problem is either.

I have done the shading adjustments.

EDIT: After some more diggin it turns out the wrong boards were installed in the machine from the factory. In the process of getting the correct boards.
