Sorry to ask i have a l4-03 error on my mx5001n that i cleared in the past but i can find the solution from last time. any help would greatly be appreciated. I do know the part that needs to be replaced but my bosses insist I continue to reset it.

What is the execute key? I didn't that key? Thanks for the reply

Hi, when you enter in the simulation 14 in the bottom of the screen you can see the execute button, when you push this button, the "yes" option will be enabled. Touch "yes" and later CA, the mfc will reboot.

Okay got it do I need to be logged in as admin to before running the command? Sorry for all the questions.

No, but you will need to be in copy mode to enter simulations.

Repair the fuser, fix the problem......
