[Misc] Sharp mx-2640 printing and deleting holding jobs

Howdy!

We have a shiny new 2640N installed to replace our 2600N - on the 2600 you could get the printer to hold the job. When you want to print you put your retention password in and you can select print and hold or print and delete all at the same time.

Currently on the 2640 you put your retention password in and you can select print OR delete. If you print you then need to put your retention password back in to delete the file - is there anyway of changing this?

I assume you are releasing these jobs through the File Information screen (same place where you scan to HDD and external USB drives). Select the file, on the right hand menu you will see an option to print and delete. If the menu is hidden, press the small arrow to show it.
