I was out on a Toshiba 2330C yesterday. It kept jamming out of tray 1 because somehow it got set to A4 size paper. When you go into the utility menu to change the paper size the button is grayed out and the machine doesn't allow you to change the paper size. I called Hytec for support and they suggested formatting the HD and reloading the firmware. I have attached an image of the screen. Does anyone have any ideas? If I need the firmware does anyone have it? I would be willing to pay for the firmware and some instruction as how to do it. Thanks in advance!

Re: Toshiba eStudio 2330C- can't change paper size
The tray setting icon will be greyed out as long as there is a job in the queue. You can't change paper size if it still has a job it's trying to print. Go to "job status" and delete all jobs and the icon should be accessible. Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"? -

You can still change the tray size while print jobs are in the memory if you enter "Test Mode D" (08 mode) & set the tray size through that screen via the code for the tray in question (in the service handbook), that way you won't have to delete any jobs out.Happiness Is The Road.Comment
