[Error Code] F109 error code with sub code 4

I have an F109 error code on an e-Studio 5540c and from what I understand is the firmware is corrupted and needs to be reinstall. it started with the mfp freezing and the customer shutting it down and then rebooting it up and got this error.
Can anyone help me with getting the firmware for this copier?

You can get the Firmware directly from Toshiba or purchase from Best Copier Services and Rentals in U.S | Clear Choice Technical Svs.
