My customers ES2830C shows maintenance code 00F7 but I'm not seeing this code in the manual

The Pm prompt you are seeing is telling you the copier is in need of PM parts for the process units of cyan, magenta and yellow and developer for black, cyan, magenta and yellow. If you refer to the Color Bulletin COL-125 under the 4520c series it will explain what all those alpha numeric PM codes mean. Also you will find an HTML link that you can use to access an online converter which allows you to plug in the PM code and it will tell you exactly what needs to be replaced. This is great if the customer can tell you what the PM code is prior to going to the call.

I don't spend a lot of time cogitating over those PM codes. Just print the 9S-103 maintenance part list, and change the things with asterisks next to them. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
