Removing DEPARTAMENT CODE On E-Studio 160???

Hello!
I have a Toshiba E-Studio 160 and it asks me for a Departament Code,wich one i dont know.
Plase can you help me to remove it in test mode or what else i can do without changing board.

Hi,

if you want to remove it and restore all program to factory default. you can use 1+3+*. turn off the machine and press 1+3+* together and hold. than turn on the machine, wait until beep sound hear. after that release the button and wait until ready.
second way
If you would like to edit or disable the department code. you can use 1+3 tun on the machine. after that goes to print list. than print the department code list. a print list will come out. and check the number one department code describe there.
turn off the machine and login to machine using the password number one department code. after that disable the department code from there. Number one department code is always Master code. you can disable, edit , and delete other department code but must login to machine as master code.

It is lot of step for the way number two, well if there is nothing inside the machine (such as address book, one touch dial, network configuration, etc) I rather choose first way.
