toshiba e studio fax forwarding cont...

I have been able to smb to the fax folder, and have top access turnd on and pointed to the fax folder, yet no fax in the folder? do i need more software to run this app? i have tried from a 281,351 and no such luck. yet i still have the all the possible features for this enabled, and the fax does print and recieve as normal.
any help would be great

The steps are:

open topaccess
go to administration
login
go to registration
click fax received forward
when the screen changes select fax forward and save as file buttons
select on error from the print option
click pdf on the format and make sure mfp is destination and I leave the file name as default so I can see when it came in.
then logout
and reboot the machine (not necessary but I like to do it when I make changes to insure they are applied).

try it and see if it works.
