If the 2330c network setup was set to DHCP the IP address may have changed when the copier was turned on. Check the IP address in your printer setup on your PC and see if it is the same as the copier.
You may also want to restart the print spooler service.Emujo

1 check ip address its working(ping)?
2 set ip address on static.
3 check printer option(online... offline.)?
(Right click printer driver icon)
4 check priner spooler services ?
5 reconnect or reinstall the printer driver?
