Keep in mind that Toshiba drivers available on the public site are designed to work with the MFP at the most current firmware version. If your MFP is at a very low firmware version you may induce problems getting the driver to work correctly. If you have access to the FYI site, you can download older versions of the driver. The ROM history page will show you which version of the driver you need that corresponds to your firmware version. If you can't get past this on your own then I won't be as blatent as "manuals" was, but maybe you shouldn't be in this line of work. Emujo
