[Jamming] Toshiba E Studio 166

Hi guys~ i am facing jam problem of E Studio 166. When the machine go to the sleep mode or turn off after office hour. It will jam for the first copy,after that no more jam even i tried 80 copy non stop. Customer using Double A paper. What is the thing cause it jam?

Check firmware if it is the latest version. Or it might be clutch.

If the paper jamm is near the drum, it's the registration clutch wich is causing this problem. If you take it out and clean it, it might work.

how can i clean the registrattion clutch.
can you make a video clip or take pictures?

i have same problem and i replaced the clutch and the problem solved.
so i want to clean the clutch but i cant.
please help

The registration clutch seems to be our problem. Like others said, try cleaning it. You can dissasemble it. I had the same issue many times. Sometimes i was making 100+ copies and it would not jam at all. As soon as i left the customer, it started jamming.
