    Error Message: 075-212 and 041-353

Good day, all the Xerox Expert,

Does anyone come across a problem that machine initially show error 075-212 (Tray 5 malfunction) .. . .

after you had checked / diagnosed or Replaced it (tray 5), it remain show the same error code but if you unplug tray 5 Connector ( trying to inactive it), machine will come out 041-353.

somehow with the error code 075-212, i can still operate machine normally, except when i do "double sided", it will always jam at Heating Unit.

    anyone come across this problem?

You may have several faults that are not related:-
The tray 5 is possibly the lift motor assembly or the small plastic cog on the motor assembly
The duplex fault at the fuser could be the inverter gate in the right-hand side door, more often than not they plastic gate with little fingers is at fault either the solenoid is not moving the gate up and down as it should or the paper is not able to pass through it and out on to the exit tray

Ya, you are right.. somehow those error code is not related.. suspect motor and wiring caused the board failure. I did change the board, it back to normal.

somehow, 5 days later, same problem come back again.
