Xerox J75 Staple Saddle Stitched off centered

Hello,

Could anyone please advise if it's possible to adjust the stapler for Xerox J75 so it staples the booklet right on the spine or at the creased. At the moment it appeared to be about 2-3mm off the spine...please see attached photos.

- Xerox J75
- Standard Finisher (Light Production C)
& Finisher D4

Ok let me see if I can assist you, calling an audible ere lol.
OK you log in under admin status.
Go to machine status
There is an option in there for adjustment and you can adjust the staple option and also the fold option

Thanks for your quick response. I can't locate the adjust and fold option. It just shows, machine configuration, software version, paper tray, print reports and overwrite hard disk standby. At machine menu status It just shows list of installed programs.

Did you log in as admin?
Hold down 0 then hit start button then enter 6789

Yes I did...still logged on as service rep.

Ok then when you click machine status there should be an option about paper tray settings etc

It's shows paper tray status and when selected it shows list of installed paper trays and their status. all list can't be selected...

Been away from machine for a week. So back now so I'll also look in service manual and send you the pages for hat. And try to get to the machine and let yoy u know the step by step ok.

Thanks for you help mate. I found where to adjust the fold and staple alignment....
Tools > System Settings > Common Service Settings > Maintenance/Diagnostics > Finisher
