Versant 280, error 076-101 not found?

Only does it every 800-900 copies. Can't locate the RAP in the machine, GBC punch, decurler,
Inserter, finisher, HCF.
Any ideas? Looks to only do it when duplexing

Answer found in search lite...

Apparently, the NVM value 765-523, was set at the factory to 1, and should be 0
Once the tech changed it, problem went away.
