[Dead] Xerox 770 DCP - Cover open and Make sure drum cartridge is fully inserted Messages

I am the 3rd tech to work on this machine/issue.
the messages are "Close machine door", and "Make sure Drum cartridge is fully inserted".
The door interlock seems to be working fine.
A previous tech replaced the drum carriage assembly and the drum module control PCB.
I'm also getting 077-220 Pre-registration jam errors - unsure if they could be related, or not.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

Those door close message , some times are 24 volts distribution issues check/clean or replace door interlock switch and make sure is working properly use the meter for continuity on the 4 contacts after that check for 24vdc distribution on the IOT driver PWBA. check manual for check points usually are the orange ones check fuses all of them once got one with a higher resistance one side 24vdc the other one 2.9vdc.
