Xerox D136 error 093-311

    [Error Code] Xerox D136 error 093-311

    Hi all,

    I'm after some advice please.

    Replaced dispense assembly. Reset code to 0 (762-130), but fault comes back instantly.

    In supplies under status everything is blank? I've never had this before.

    Tried all eureka tips but I'm now stuck.

    Any advice would be great.

      I did yes. Going to order CRUM assy and MCU.

      I was hoping someone has seen the fault where supplies status was black.

      I've tried another LVPS and IOT PWB from another machine but with no juy.

      Hopefully MCU will sort it.

            Was this ever resolved? We have a D95 doing the same thing. Replaced every related part and still having the problem.

              In my case the client fitted the wrong dispense assembly.

              He fitted a d95 assembly to a d136.

                Good day fellows. My D95 also have the same problem. I changed a brand new dispenser and only lasts for one week. Everything this problem appears basically I opened the dispenser and there will be be toner clumped and it will fill on one side only. Is it my toner ( which is OEM I assume) causes this never-ending issues for two months now. Any ideas and suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
