Got a call from a remote customer for printing problem in C8000. After getting in touch on video call it was revealed that the print jobs are in queue and startup page stuck in queue. Tried to delete the job but nothing happened. Fault history shows 029-716 and 116-366 errors. Customer told that he did some printing before leaving for some outdoor work and after coming back this happened.....any suggestions.

Got it yesterday.... the customer brought printer from other city.
Initially tried to format hdd....error 116-365..
tried initialing hdd...error 116-365..
reloaded firmware.....error 116-365..
lastly tried job log clear...voila...OK...Comment
