[Misc] WorkCentre 6605 - extend or completely disable energy saving mode

Hi,

one of our customer use a Xerox WorkCentre 6605 with a FAX line and an external telephone connected.
When the machine goes to stand-by mode he noticed that he can receive faxes but cannot make phone calls using the external telephone. If the printer goes out from energy saving mode everything works normally. So far we set to 60 minute the time before it goes into stand by.
Is there a way from tech mode to extend this limit or to completely disable stand-by? Do you have instead any other suggestion about this issue?

do the firmware update, check the settings from the web page to disable standby
