Doc 250 bypass tray error code - need help

Hello all

I am getting a strange error code from my Xerox Doc 250

When I am feeding paper through Tray 5 (bypass tray) I keep getting this code

029 - 954

This happens when the tray runs out of paper during a print job

When I attempt to add more paper I get that error code and also this pops up

Under paper size it shows "nul.lxnul.l"

??

I am feeding 12 x 18 paper stock

Initial settings were for 12 x 18 paper / heavyweight 2

Any help would be much appreciated.

First think that right error code is 024-954

What kind of controller you have.

If have Creo, then must install SP1 to creo controller.

If have bustled fiery try with system software version 1.2.

Yes, I have a CREO - model Spire cx250

When you mention "install sp1" is that a windows XP update or a Creo update?

you have on xerox site

DocuColor 240/250 Drivers and Downloads

can download sys 1.1 sp2 it is about 380 MB
