AltBoot problem - Unable to decrypt DLM

I replaced the hard drive on a Xerox AltaLink C8055 with a new one. However, when I AltBoot, I always get the error "Unable to decrypt DLM. Perform Special Altboot to upgrade the device" (see photo).
Does anyone of you know the error and can help me?
I have already tried several things:
    - Different USB sticks
    - FAT and FAT32
    - Different DLM firmware versions (unzipped)
    - Different (new) hard disks

Files for Altboot are 400 Mb size. 200Mb file size is for upgrade only.

So did this procedure change from WC 78xx to AL C80xx?
Where can these files be found?

Best would be the newest firmware version. Did this procedure change? In the service manual it seems to be the same.

              I have this file:
SPECIAL ALTBOOT_Instructions for remediating the 316-720 error and the necessary files.

If you replace hdd then you need full software dlm file, about 500mb.
                Procedure is the same.
If you replace hdd and sd card ar same time you need two more special files at USB so mochine can decompress dlm file

                    No

For special usb altboot you need
                    Swup_usb
                    Swup_usb.C8045_55
And dlm file with size about 500mb

                              Hello,
I have the same problem in Altalink B8055. The device prompts for special altboot procedure after hard disk replacement but I haven't any access to necessery files. Could you share special altboot procedure/files with me?
