hello people i have a xerox altalink c8030 and i want to change from sold to metred is there a way to do it since it require a certain number to enter

You can only do this by buying a service contract from Xerox

because in my country they all use metered and we have only metred consumabales

Easiest way is to order sold chips and put them in the metered toner.

Set machine as 3rd party machine.
That will disable chips on toners and drums

If machine is set for 3rd party supplies then it can work witout chips on drums and toners
