[Error Code] Xerox D95 Dispencer Error 093-311

Hello!
I had a dispencer error 093-311 before. I have replaced broken toner sensor lever spring and the low toner sensor but printer stops again with the 093-311 error and broke the lever spring again. When I opened the dispencer I saw a toner сlump in the front part of the dispencer (please see attached photo). The toner has even started to spill out of this side when opened. Both motors work, I have checked it by performing 093-003 and 093-004 tests.
Any ideas?

Before machine declare 093-311 print was ok?
Have you check low toner sensor reading?
