Waste toner keep saying its full

Hi...i have a problem with my apeosport vi c5571,it keeps saying waste toner full,even after change waste toner box..buat after i clear IOT ,it became normal(ok)...but after 2k print ,same thing happen,and i need to reset evrytime...anyone know?

have you cleaned the transparent plastic of the waste toner container?
It's located on the bottom part of the waste toner container.

I changed new one times...same problem

Yes i did clean the sensor inside the machine on the waste toner tunnel,and i replace waste toner box,but it still coming back after around 2k pages..

Sorry for late reply..yes the waste toner box isnt full at all,unfortunately we already exchange the machine with the client ,and still dont have time to service the machine,and find the exact problem
