Versalink B405 dc330 doesn't turn on main motor

The customer complain for a noisy printer. It is just laboring harder then usual with 150K prints.

I run successfully the fan - no noise.

I tried to execute dc330 071-001/2/3 the main motor doesn't turn on (page 2-465 in the manual).

Another problem is that the printer doesn't recognize tray 1 as letter size and is locked on legal size.

Any idea?

Read again the manual for you know how to check motor in dc330
