Set NVM Location 744-003 to 0

Did you reset NVM location 744-003 to 0 ?

If the fault was declared three times, this NVM has to be reset.

If you don't have a copy of the RAP I can email you one. I can't post the RAPs on this site anymore like I used to do in the good old days.

      10-350

I can not get into the service mode to reset the NVM? Everytime I try to enter service mode with PW 6789 the screen returns to error code 10-350. I also can not connect with the service laptop.

I tried entering the service mode with door open and closed but no luck.

        PWS Connection

What happens when you try to connect with the PWS?
What diagnostic tool version are you using? Latest for the EPC is 3.10

This is usually a no brainer. You plug in, launch the tool (Programs, Xerox Applications, Xerox Product Tools, DC3535, and connect.

If you're using a USB > serial converter, make sure com port that the USB converter is using is set to 1
