    Xerox phaser 8560 print-head cleaning

    Hi,
I have a Xerox Phaser 8560N printer, which uses solid ink cartridges. I'm trying to print Light Stripes Test but got lots irregular straight lines on cyan or some stripes are missing.

I called Xerox technique support and they said it probably is printhead problem and teached me use the coffee filter to clean that, but it still dosen't work even worse!

Please, can anyone have the experience and share with me the solutions?

    thanks in advance!

    Air bubbles is one problem,
yes you have to run the clean cycle a few times.
And yes its a real waste of ink.
    3/4x

Just keep running the clean cycles 3x

Yes, this is your only method. Avoid wiping the surface of the printhead with anything fibrous, you may do more harm than good.
