[Error Code] Xerox 3535 error code 102-372

Hello. I am having a problem with my Xerox DC3535. The 3535 does not go any further than one blinking light in the startup process. A error code 102 372 comes on within 15mins. I have changed out three boards, all the memory and harddrive to no avail. Was wondering if anyone been successful in getting their 3535 to boot up beyond the one blinking light? What component is plaguing me?

I'm not sure what a PM is. Where is it located and what does PM stand for?

Looked at the four documents you sent and we have made every change (and a few more) that has been suggested. Any other advise?

Does anyone out there know the part number for a sub dc voltage 3.38? And how does this parts effect the start up process? Are there any other possible reasons this DC3535 will not complete the start up process? Any feedback is appreciated.

Do you have service manual and pws for this copier ?
Service manual = edoc or pdf format ?
