replace the clutch rear of machnice that turn the btr roller good luck ..

hi,causes for this might be its full of waste toners.remove the 2nd btr from the machine clean it well remove all the bits and pieces of it then return it back.this has worked for me.

thanks seniortch, problem solved by replacing the connector of transport assembly, rear of the machine
