    Xerox 550 printing very slow duplex SR A3

    Hi, I was sent to one of these today , not trained on them, and it was printing SR A3 duplex prints very slow. It would completely print and deliver to the exit tray before picking up the next sheet. The customer says it was much faster and with the amount of prints they have to do it will take 2 days just for the one job. How fast should they be?
    Im going back tomorrow to upgrade the firmware. Ive upgraded Command workstation today , it has the intergrated Fiery, and checked that the media is set to plain 90gms.
    Are there any settings that I need to change or are they just this slow? There seem to be a few You tube clips showing slow printing on this model.

      Make some tests from machine to see where the problem is - on fiery or in machine

          Just to correct my initial post.. the 550 has an EXTERNAL Fiery fitted which has been replaced by a previous engineer but still the machine prints an SRA3 duplex at 3 pages per min. I tested the file on our showroom 550 and the same job printed at 8 ppm. I took the Integrated Fiery off the showroom to test on the customers 550 and sure enough it printed at 8ppm. So I went through every setting on the customers Fiery but could not find any settings different.
          The fault must be with the external Fiery but as this is the second one fitted I suspect a setting somewhere or a patch needed.

                  Isn,t that just for the integrated Fiery? its the external Fiery with the problem.

                      Sorry my mistake.
                      Yes the patch is for integrated fiery.
                      Ideea was to try to install patches
