Xerox Workcentre 4150 /XF Questions

I bought a used Workcentre 4150/XF from some one which as you know has 4 trays and fax capabilities. When I start the machine, I get the following messages:

1. Tray 3 and Tary 4 not detected.

2. The Fax Card has not been set up.

How to resolve them? I can see all four trays and even open them and the machine should have Fax Card as well.

Also, when I try using "Access" button to use "Go To Tools" and press the button for it on touch screen, nothing happens. How to make "Go To Tools" work?

Another, thing I want to know is how to install Scanner driver for this machine on Windows 7 (64bit). The Xerox site doesn't have driver for Windows 7. Ideally, I will like to have Network Scanning set up too.

Please post if you know the answers.

For the "tray 3 and 4 not detected" check the wiring going to the optional tray 3 & 4. It may have come disconnected or the connector damaged when it was moved.

For fax card not being set up, you have to log in as the administrator. The option for setting up the fax should be in the admin tools.

Thanks a lot for your post. I checked the wiring going to Tary 3 and 4 and it seems to be ok. What else could be wrong?

Also, I have another Workcentre 4150/X which gives Error Code: 03-250 when I try to start the machine. I purchased it from some one with out any Product enablement keys etc.
and it was working fine when all of a sudden it started giving this error which I think is asking for the key. How can this problem be solved?
