We end up being the fix all to everyone due to our remote location can anyone provide access to the WorkCentre 7120 service manual or
help diagnose the 092-313 error code

First thing is, when this error shows up, the first few times it can be reset by powering the machine off / on. If the problem is not corrected, the code will return.
If this code come up a number of times it will go into a lockout and will no longer be able to be cleared by doing a simple power off / on. At this point you'll need to enter service mode, clear the NVM location 752-366 (ATC fail M) or 752-370 (ATC fail continuous count M) to 0. To turn off the power, first turn off the external power switch, then the main power switch behind the front door.

The 1 time I had this error it was due to a faulty drum cartridge. I would suggest you try that first.

Other points to check would be:

Connection between the MCU pwb p/j411 and the CRUM reader p/j121.
Connection terminals between drum cartridge and crum pwb and crum reader for damage or foreign substance.
Toner dispense motor failure. Component control (93-002)
DV drive motor failure. Component control (42-004)
Drum / IBT drive motor failure. Component control (42-001)
Path from toner cartridge to developer for blockage.
The developer for internal blockage.
Toner cartridge for internal blockage.

If no problems are found above and you have already tried a new magenta drum, replace the MCU Pwb.

Buenas tengo un problema con la xerox WC 7120 me pide el cambio de los tambores de color (Drum) quisiera saber si hay manera de resetear (reset) los valores del drum? o de reset el contador del drum por favor

99% of such errors that I saw were the result of developer leaking on the small gears in print cartridge. So at first I'd try to replace it. If the error still shows then you'll have to reset specific nvm location as Exok said.
