Hello. I have go a problem with yellow separation. Please see an attachement. Lenght between to yellow images (orginal and doubled is little bit more than drum roller circuit). Hey people do you have any idea. Thanks for reply.

That's a fuser problem. It's not properly fusing all the toner to the paper, it sticks to the roller and transfers (ghosting) down the sheet. Try setting the paper weight higher on the document and on the UI.

Thank you for reply. The problem is on 80-170gsm paper. Little at 250. Image is correct on 300gsm. I try to change paper setting but ghosting still exist. I have two fusers and both give the same result. Before fuser image is correct. I dont know what is happen. This is only exist on solid yellow. (yellow 100%, green, orange).Comment

could you tell me where can i adjustment density in pws or ui? when i make calibration in cws i have only 0.7 on yellow. rest density is also lower than target.Comment
