Riso RP3700 & Windows driver compatibility

What is the latest version of Windows able to interface with the RP3700. I am asking this as I am able to interface through PC with Windows 7,
but the 32 bit version. I have tried with Windows 10 but 64 bit and no luck even compatibility mode. Is that because it is 64 bit or just because it's Windows 10?

I wasn't aware that the RP3700 could be interfaced with anything more recent than Windows XP.
