[Error Code] RISO MZ 770 E error T02 -401

I am stuck for past week and don't have enough money to call service guys
Please help me

i am getting error T02 -401 system error
press reset key

i want to know where is the reset key
how do i solve this error

The reset key is yellow and above the stop key on the right side of control panel.
Now this code means there was a overload current detected in the elevator motor.
Try turning off the unit, hold down the reset key, turn on the machine while continuing to hold down the reset key until the machine completes boot up. If the code comes back then you have a problem with the elevator motor and you will need to call a service tech.

Thank you very much for your kind response. I checked and the reset button and still i get the same error
Unfortunately i am bit tight on money is there something i can a bit more to see any possibility of fixing elevator motor

Take off the front and rear covers and blow out the dust, cut tie wraps and reseat connectors. That won't cost you anything, see what you see. If it still has problems you'll probably need parts and a tech.
