    Re: Riso image problem

After a good look around it seems that the master loading sheet was bent down and was touching the drum making the mark

      Re: Riso image problem

When encountering image problems with a Riso printer, it's essential to troubleshoot several aspects. Firstly, ensure that the original image file is of high quality and appropriate format for printing. Secondly, check the printer settings, including resolution and color options, to ensure they match the desired output. If the problem persists, it may be related to the printer's hardware, such as the print head or ink cartridges. Cleaning the print head and verifying ink levels can help resolve these issues. Regular maintenance and using genuine Riso ink and consumables are key to preventing image problems. If the problem continues, consider consulting Riso's customer support or a technician for a thorough diagnosis and solution.
