Brother MFC 7360 N toner reset?

HI Guys, the customer thinks that they installed a new toner, but the machine still says toner low. the color MFC have a toner reset sequence that i have used in the past for this. does anyone know if there is a way to reset the toner low thru the control panel, rather than rotating the reset disk on the side of the cartridge?
