Have a customer that is trying to scan via USB connection, but the scanner option is only showing LAN. There is not a LAN connection setup on the computer. Looked at all the setting in Control Center 4 and do not see how to tell it to scan USB. Looked in the printers and there is not LAN connection setup for this machine so how is it that the scan is asking for LAN? Do not see anywhere to change it to USB.

Remove all installed and start by downloading full SW package from Brother site. Upon start of installation it will ask You about connection method choose USB and proceed.
