The machine required a new fuser unit after the customer had damaged the existing one attempting to clear a wrap around paper jam. After fitting a new fuser, the machine won't come to ready after following on screen prompts & leaving for 15 minutes to recover. I'm wondering if there is a reset for this condition, if it hasn't also taken the LVPS out?

Presuming you mean the Fuser Unit, yes the part number is the correct one D0135Y001. I've since tried a soft re-set to no avail & inspected the LVPS. Whilst the fuses test ok, I've found Zener Diode D16 has failed, so suspecting that to be the culprit. However, it's difficult to read the value of the ZD & other than discovering that, the only option is to get a replacement LVPS PCB. Any further advice would be most appreciatedComment

So, I've found the problem. It wasn't the LVPS as first thought, it turned out to be the Eject Sensor PCB. Where the 2 pin white cable plugs in, the port on the PCB was loose & it had broken away from the tracking printed circuit.Comment
