[Jamming] MFC-L8690CDW Rear paper jam

A very Good Afternoon Gents,

Recently we are experiencing an issue regarding the paper jam on this Brother, it looks like the paper is unable to come out so it gets stuck in the rear panel.

We have tried to clean almost all roller but it still get stuck, no error code shown.

The printer has not so much copies/print (around 6k).

It can be seen in the video that the output rollers are not rotating, I would bet that the pin that attacks those rollers is broken or the sensor that activates it

By any chances, do you know where this pin or sensor are located? If I dismount the side panel and make some picture would be helpful?

Also tell you that if you manually rotate the gray rollers at the exit of the fuser you would have to watch the top ones rotate as well.
