Does anyone have any instructions on how to refill the toner cartridge of this machine? Also the instructions on how to replace the drum and drum blade? Any help appreciated, thank you.

I agree...... you should use an oem cartridge only or fully reman. I have had some issues with the refills. the drum and blade cost about the same as a good reman.Comment

You can only reman empty genuine toners. After market toner carts are usually poorly built or made for the type of toner powder their manufacturer makes. You need to clean the cartridge out with compressed air, using a vaccuum to clean the cart out always leaves a small amount of genuine toner residue which will foul the cart after about 2k. Use compressed air gun to remove every single bit of the genuine toner and dust out of the cart with the fill plug and dev roller removed. Rotate the sponge roller that is behind the dev roller whilst blowing with the air gun to remove the small amount of toner that is stuck behind there as well. Clean the dev roller with the air gun and only use a soft dry cloth to clean it. Using any water or alcohol to clean the roller will cause backgrounding.
The most important part is to clean the sealing felts that seal the dev roller at each end. Use the compressed air to blow out any paper dust and toner from the previous cycle and to "fluff" up the felts to promote better sealing.
Fill the Cart with a good quality powder- not all after market powders are good and the brand means nothing. Some of the biggest us companies flogging toners (names deliberately omitted) are flogging bad powder, the price you pay for the powder has no relation to its quality, i have only found this out through exxxxtensive testing and loosing several clients because I trusted "their" good names.
Pull the drum unit apart and clean all the genuine toner residue on the drum brush and drum out as well. The key objective is to not allow any genuine toner to come in contact with the aftermarket as it is a completely different compound and they "react" together causing print defects.
Using this powder will give brilliant results. I have been using it in every brother machine for about 4 years now even the colour machines.
